Non-Objective
Non-objective art is a jettison from reality, a genre completely free of reference points, rules, or real-world perspectives. It is a story – a feeling – told through visual suggestion that coaxes the viewer using color, shape, and composition in ways they’d never see represented in the real world. Logic and reality go out the window, and although we don’t always understand the abstract, we can’t deny its ability to make us think and feel. These pieces have a way of starting conversations that can make viewers tumble down a rabbit hole of infinite possibilities.
At Jan Jensen Artists, we proudly represent Kansas City artists that dare venture into the unruly space that is the non-objective.
